Kolding Realskole & The Cosmo – The International School of Southern Denmark holds
The ordinary Annual General Assembly
Thursday, April 22nd 2010 at 19.00 in the school’s gym hall at Vesterbrogade 6. The meeting is held in Danish.
According to the regulations of the school the agenda is as follows:
1. Election of chairman/woman.
2. The annual report from the school board concerning the school year 2008-2009.
3. Presentation of the revised and approved accounts
4. Election of board member and substitute
- School board member Knud Aage Skøtt is up for election and does not wish to be re-elected, current substitute Solveig Skovløber Hansen is willing to fill in.
- Election of supplant; the school board propose Christian Trillingsgaard as their candidate.
5. AOB.
After the Annual General Assembly there will be a bit to eat and drink followed by a lecture. Read more about the lecture on the blog after Easter.
